Revanth Reddy as always was totally outspoken at a book launch session. After launching the book Vijaya Telangana written by ex minister Devender Goud, Revanth Reddy spoke about his governance.
He said leaders like PV Narasimha Rao and Jaipal Reddy played Test matches. Those like Devender Goud played one-day matches. Revanth said he was playing a 20-20 match.

It is like a ‘hit out or get out’ situation for present-day politicians, he said. Abusing and insulting other leaders has become the order of the day, he said backing himself.
“It’s the present day game. If we don’t play the game, we will be out. If we want to survive amidst the competition and win, then we have to play this kind of game. We have to do certain things even if we are not interested,” said Reddy talking of present-day politicians.

He had words of praise for Goud who Revanth Reddy said presented the Telangana movement from the people’s perspective. He lashed out at KCR for promoting Telangana as a one person, one political party, one family story.
