Posani Chest Pain Drama Orchestrated For Bail?

High drama ensued in Rajampet Sub-Jail on Saturday after Remand Prisoner Posani Krishna Murali complained of Chest Pain.

But the medical tests revealed that it was a drama.

Posani told the jail staff that he had been experiencing chest pain since Saturday morning.

With this, they rushed him to Rajampet government hospital. After conducting ECG and other tests, he was shifted to Kadapa RIMS for better medical tests. Doctors who conducted various tests at RIMS also concluded that he was not suffering from any illness.

It is interesting to note that Rajampet YSRCP MLA Akepati Amarnath Reddy visited Posani during the morning Mulakath meeting.

Shortly after he came out, Posani started his chest pain drama.

He was shifted back to Rajampet Sub-Jail after all the medical tests were finished.

There are doubts if it is orchestrated to get the bail on Medical Grounds or to avoid Police Remand.

Posani Krishna Murali’s bail petition will come to a hearing tomorrow.

Since the chances of bail are very low, YSR Congress is trying to ask for bail on medical grounds.

In case the bail is even then rejected, they would argue that he should not be given into Police Remand citing Health Reasons. YSR Congress lawyers are already telling to the media that they suspect police may use third-degree on Posani.

The Police will bring to the notice of the court about Drama which will work against Posani in the Bail hearing.

Meanwhile, more than 25 cases have been registered on Posani in various stations across the state.

The police from other stations are ready to arrest him in another case if he gets bail on March 3rd.

Police from some other districts are already filing a PT warrant to get him in their custody.
