Posani Krishna Murali has been sent to 14-day judicial remand by the Railway Koduru court. The magistrate rejected his bail plea, and he will remain in remand until March 12, likely in Kadapa Central Jail.
The court arguments over his bail went on for an unusually long time, starting at 9:30 PM on Thursday and continuing until 5 AM on Friday. His lawyer, Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy, argued that he should be granted bail under Section 41A notices, but the magistrate refused and ordered remand.
During the police investigation, Posani admitted that all the vulgar and abusive words in the records were his.
Initially, he tried to avoid answering questions, saying he didn’t remember, but when shown video evidence of his abusive remarks, he had no choice but to confess. He accepted that he had used offensive language to attack Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, and Nara Lokesh.
At first, when investigators asked him about his statements, he repeatedly claimed he didn’t remember. However, when police played videos of his past comments filled with expletives, he responded with an odd remark: “Love you, Raja.” When pressed further, he admitted that the words were his and acknowledged his wrongdoing.
When officers asked why he spoke that way and whether he was encouraged to make such remarks about Chandrababu, Pawan Kalyan, and Lokesh’s families, he remained silent as per media sources.
