Raja Singh who resigned from the BJP saying he was sidelined, has made some interesting comments. In fact, he tried to hit two birds at the same time.
For starters, Raja Singh asked why the Congress government and HYDRAA were not touching Fatima Owaisi College that stands on Salkam cheruvu.
Raja Singh said when asked, HYDRAA commissioner Ranganath says that the college provides education for underprivileged students and employment to underprivileged people. The college is run by the Owaisi brothers Asaduddin Owaisi and Akbaruddin Owaisi.
Raja Singh alleged that though HYDRAA brought many people on to roads by razing their houses saying they are encroaching lakes and calling them illegal, they are giving reasons for stalling Fatima College’s demolition.
Is it because of the friendship between the Congress and MIM, said Raja Singh. If they are fair, the Congress government must take over Fatima college and make it a government college, he said.
Raja Singh then made his big move. He turned his guns towards the newly elected BJP state chief N Ramchander Rao who is also a successful advocate.
He asked Ramchander Rao to form an advocates team, file a petition in the High Court and make sure Fatima College is demolished.
Ramchander Rao claimed he was not a dummy, but mummy, daddy of state BJP.
Now is the time to prove it and ensure Fatima College is demolished, said Raja Singh.
It is quite obvious from Raja Singh’s comments that he decided to hit where it hurts most.
