
Ravi Teja who held the now widely despised placard saying – 2029 lo YSRCP vachinappudu Gangamma talli jataralo yetani narikinatlu rappa rappa narukutam okakkallani – is now in remand.
The content on the placard is being widely debated for its violent content. Though YSRCP chief Jagan brushed it aside saying it was just a movie dialogue, the fact remains that the content on the placard was instigating.

Many prominent personalities have condemned the usage of such offending language and demanded action. The alliance government too warned against usage of such language, even for some cheap thrills.
The Sattenapalle Court has imposed 14-day remand to Ravi Teja who held the placard during Jagan’s Rentapalla tour. Ravi Teja has been sent to Sattenapalle sub jail.

Usage of violent language and offending statements on social media and in public spaces is drawing lots of criticism from all sections of people. They are demanding action against those vitiating the public ecosystem for their short-lived pleasure.
With increase in violent acts by certain individuals, the public wants immediate action from police, so that others contemplating such acts step back in fear. Remand of Ravi Teja is a lesson for those indulging in similar acts.
