Anagani Satya Prasad

Andhra Pradesh is caught up with election fever as there are just 20 days left for the polling. Many agencies have also started predicting the winners through their pre-poll surveys.

Meanwhile, all surveys suggest that TDP’s Anagani Satya Prasad would secure a comfortable hat-trick in the Repalle constituency.

Anagani has been winning the seat since 2014. In 2014, he won against YCP’s Mopidevi Venkata Ramana with a majority of 13,355 votes. IN 2019, he won once again against Mopidevi with a majority of 11,555 votes.

This time, YCP has fielded Evuru Ganesh against Anagani. However, Mopidevi supporters are reportedly unhappy with the party giving ticket to Evuru and thus, they aren’t fully cooperating with him.

Even though he is financially potent, the lack of enough support from the party members is denting Evuru’s chances.

On the other side, Anagani gained a significant following among people over the last decade. People are also happy with his work, which becomes his major advantage.
