Hyderabad High Court which was supposed to take up Revanth Reddy’s Bail Petition at 10AM this morning is now delayed. Telangana Advocate General, Rama Krishna Reddy who was to argue on the ACB’s side did not turn up to the court.

Immediately after the court hearing began, the high court decided to delay the court proceedings till 12PM today on the request from Telangana government side. Revanth Reddy is requesting the court to grant him bail promising not to try to influence the evidences.
Revanth Reddy was arrested on May 31st while trying to bribe nominated MLA, Stephenson to vote in TDP nominee in MLC elections. It is known that ACB Special Court slashed Revanth Reddy’s bail petition on 5th of this month. He is only granted 12 hours interim bail to attend his daughter’s engagement.
Update:
The bail petition is delayed once again. This time to 2.15PM afternoon so as to allow ACB to file additional counter petition.
