Ruling Begins from Amaravati

The interim Secretariat in Velagapudi hosted its first ever official meeting. Finance Minister, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu conducted the first review meeting in his chamber. The first meeting is about Urban Development and Administrative Reforms. Chief Secretary Tucker, Revenue and Housing officials participated in the meeting.

Talking to media Yanamala said that he will be working from Velagapudi and the Chief Minister will also relocate very soon. He also revealed the government’s plan of conducting Rain Season session of Assembly in Velagapudi. Meanwhile, all the government departments will start working from the interim secretariat.

On the other side, ahead of Chief Minister’s office relocating to Velagapudi, Intelligence department is reviewing the security arrangements of the Chief Minister. The locals are overjoyed about the secretariat coming to use after a couple of months of only openings and no work.
