Telangana TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah was given to two days ACB custody by ACB Special Court a short while ago. Telangana ACB had asked for five days custody but the court allowed only two days of ACB custody.

Sandra lawyers argued that ACB already interrogated the TDP MLA for seven hours and there is no need to question him further. Sandra’s bail petition hearing was posted to tomorrow, the petition is likely to be quashed.
ACB alleged that Sandra spoke to Sebastian for 22 times during the Cash for Vote period. They also alleged that Sandra master minded bribing of few TRS MLAs to vote in favour of TDP’s MLC candidate, Vem Narender Reddy. Sandra is made the fifth accused in this case.
