What is Sasikala’s Immediate Next Target?

Sasikala’s Loyalist, Edippadi K Palanisamy will be taking oath as the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu this evening. He will be proving his majority in the Assembly within 15 days. With O Paneerselvam having a bare 11 MLAs support, it is most likely that he will continue as the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister.

The immediate target of Palanisamy government is to bring Sasikala to a jail in Tamil Nadu so that she can have good access to good amenities in jail and can feel at home. It will also help Sasikala to directly micromanage the government.

Meanwhile, Sasikala will try to get bail and her counsel will also put up a review petition in Supreme Court over the judgment. It will be crucial days for Sasikala’s Political career as she has to maintain grip on the party and the government for the next four years.
