Senior SC Lawyer Flies To VJA For Chandrababu

It is known to our readers that Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was arrested this morning in a Skill Development Case.

Supreme Court Senior Advocate Sidharth Luthra will be arguing on behalf of Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada ACB Court.

Siddharth Luthra and his team reached Gannavaram airport on a special flight from Delhi. They will argue on Chandrababu’s behalf in the ACB court.

TDP sources are confident that the Judge will reject remand for Chandrababu Naidu and will grant him bail immediately as the grounds of arrest are flimsy and there are many lapses in the procedures as well.

They say it is a clear case of Political Vendetta and the judiciary will be able to see through it easily.

In case the ACB court rejects the bail, the next stop is the High Court. But today and tomorrow being court holidays, it will be up to the court to give or not give an urgent hearing.
