Singapore Revenue Offer to Eligible Bidders!

Andhra Pradesh government has decided to reveal the revenue share offered by the Original Project Proponent for the development of 6.84 square km start-up area in Amaravati capital city on Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode under Swiss Challenge method. CRDA will be revealing the details of revenue sharing offered by the Singapore Consortium to the eligible bidders only.

They are also working out details of the procedure to take the issue forward. The government will inform the timelines and procedure to Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday. The government is likely to extend the time to all the competitive bidders after making the revenue share public to them.

Interestingly, the company which approached the High Court over the issue do not even have the technical eligibility to bid for the development of 6.84 square km start-up area in Amaravati capital city on Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode. The government is keen to finalize the bids in September itself.
