Something interesting has happened in the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet Meeting the other day.
The cabinet has discussed the proposed 8,395 acres of land allotment for a solar plant of Shirdi Sai Electricals in Ramayapatnam.

Some of the Ministers flagged this reminding the Chief Minister that Shirdi Sai Electricals is a Pro-YSR Congress Company and it is not right to allot such a huge parcel of land for such a company.
But the Chandrababu Naidu reportedly schooled them one should only look at the investment they are making and not at the political affiliation.

“We should be concerned only if they are following the rules and are using the land for intended purposes,” Chandrababu Naidu said.
Chandrababu Naidu is the only Politician who puts State’s interests over Politics.

But then, there are no state interests without politics. If the party can not retain power beyond five years, you can not do anything for the state.
Leaders like YSR and Narendra Modi approach things like this differently.
YSR has supported a small realtor like Ponguleti who became a big fish today and aids Jagan when in trouble.
Modi is backing Adani like there is no tomorrow.
There are many people supporting a party when it is in power or when a party appears to be coming to power.
But only when you build your own people like YSR or Modi, they will stand by you even in the Opposition and even in the difficult times.
KCR backed My Home Group during his ten-year tenure for the same reason.
If you aid a company that is pro to your opponent, they will switch sides at crucial times and help your opponent.
That is indirectly you are helping your opponent.
If you say your opponent is anti-development and anti-Andhra day in and day out, you are just helping the same people.
Between 2019 and 2024, there is every attempt to destroy the financial roots of everyone who is remotely close to the TDP. Even the likes of Ramoji Rao are not spared by Jagan.
But Chandrababu Naidu takes another route and we will have to see if that works!
