Supreme Court Issues Notice To Ramoji Rao

It is known that Undavalli Arun Kumar filed a petition in the Supreme Court, seeking an investigation on the Margadarsi Chit Fund case. He stated that the company collected Rs 2600 crores deposits in violation of the RBI guidelines.

Today, the Supreme Court issued notices to Ramoji Rao and Andhra Pradesh government in connection with the case.

The government of Andhra Pradesh appointed Vikas Singh as the lawyer for this case. The Supreme Court has ordered the concerned parties to revert back in 4 weeks.

Speaking about the same, Vundavalli said “The government filed a petition on Margadarsi case. Ramoji Rao has been ordered by the court to revert back in 4 weeks in connection with this case. We have asked the Telangana government also to file a case but we don’t know why they’re delaying it.”
