Tainted By Jagan, Nominated For Padma Bhushan

AP CM YS Jagan had previously raised scathing allegations against Bharat Biotech, the manufacturers of Covaxin – one of the most administered Covid vaccines in India. He even wrote a letter to the prime minister of India, asking to revoke the license of Bharat Biotech in order to thwart vaccine monopoly.

Jagan even came up with a conspiracy theory about the shortage of Vaccine supply to Andhra Pradesh since Bharat Biotech is owned by Krishna Yella is related to Eenadu group chairman Ch Ramoji Rao (the media baron’s granddaughter is married to Krishna Yella’s son).

Now, the promoters of the very same Bharat Biotech firm, Krishna Ella and Suchitra Ella have been awarded Padma Bhushan.

Bharat Biotech is one of the main players in India’s fight against Covid and their product, Covaxin is playing a role quintessential role in the same.

While Jagan tried his best taint Bharat Biotech, the people behind the firm are now awarded one of India’s most valued civilian awards – Padma Bhushan.
