The best part of these meetings is Naidu being jovial. He is even giving harsh feedback in a pleasant tone so as not to make the MLAs and Incharges embarrassed.

Normally for such people, the MLAs and Incharges will pick the cadres who can attend.
Though not easy, TDP should build a mechanism to identify cadres without the involvement of the MLAs and Incharges.
And Naidu should interact with such leaders one to one without cameras or the presence of the MLAs or Incharges.
Only then, the right feedback about the local leadership and the constituency will emerge.
Naidu used to implement this system when he used to work under NT Ramarao.

TDP should come up with a system like this and if it is able to crack that, there will no looking back for the party.
Nara Lokesh should also start this exercise from the other end of the state as it is not easy for the Chief Minister to cover all the 175 constituencies.
