TDP Conducting IVRS on RRR

It is surprising that he has chosen the Parliament seat segment to contest rather than selecting a political party. Raghuramakrishna Raju, popularly known as RRR, is set to contest from the Narsapuram Lok Sabha segment. The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) is conducting an IVRS survey for clarity regarding the candidate contesting from the Narsapuram MP seat.

In the survey, the name of Raghurama Krishna Raju is being considered by the TDP for the party’s candidature.

Raghurama’s voice is heard from Narsapuram saying ‘OK, then press 1’. This has led to discussions in political circles, suggesting that it is almost certain that he will be chosen for the Narsapuram seat.

The main opposition TDP, surprising political observers, including the ruling YSRCP, announced the first list of 94 candidates simultaneously in a sensational manner and is now focusing on the selection of candidates for the remaining seats. TDP is taking coordinated and strategic steps as it enters the election arena with the Janasena Party.

The IVRS survey conducted by the TDP for the Narsapuram MP seat includes the name of Raghurama Krishna Raju as a potential candidate. His voice in the survey saying ‘OK, then press 1’ has fueled speculation in political circles that he is likely to be the candidate for TDP.

Initially, there were speculations that Raghurama would contest from the BJP. However, with his name being part of the latest IVRS survey for TDP, analysts are suggesting that he is likely to be the TDP candidate.

TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu revealed that the candidates have been finalized based on the survey, emphasizing that the announcement was made only after conducting the survey.

While the survey was initially conducted only for MLA candidates, it has now been extended to gather opinions for the selection of MP candidates, with Chandrababu himself participating in the IVRS survey.
