
Telugu Desam Party organizational elections process has begun. The TDP head Chandrababu Naidu has directed the party to complete the process of elections for kutumba sadhikara saradhulu to Lok Sabha constituencies, all committees and associated committees, by May 15.
The party section in-charges are called kutumba sadhikara saradhulu and each saradhi is incharge of a cluster of 30 families.

Party state president Palla Srinivasa Rao has announced the election schedule. Palla told the party leaders that women, Scs, STs, BCs and minorities must be given preference in organisational elections.
Palla said observers were appointed for assembly and Lok Sabha constituencies to make sure everyone works in coordination and make the elections a success. Only recently, the party had completed 1.02 crore membership. It is known that Mahanadu will be held on May 28, 29 and 30 in Kadapa.

After completing the elections by May 15, the party working committee will be announced at Mahanadu. The national president of the party will be chosen during Mahanadu. As of now, Nara Lokesh is the national president of the party.
The TDP has a strong organisational base at the grassroots level. On an average, for every 60 voters, the TDP has a female and male kutumba sadhikara saradhulu. In the entire state, the party boasts of 13 lakh kutumba sadhikara saradhulu.

The TDP is about to hold elections for a few lakh organisational posts for booth, village, cluster, unit, mandal, city, division committees, associated committees, constituency committees and parliamentary committees.
