As new evidences continue to surface in the iBomma case, some individuals are trying to draw attention to themselves. One such person is Teen Maar Mallanna. His comments and his challenge to Hyderabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar are getting mixed responses from netizens and citizens of Hyderabad.
Teen Maar Mallanna’s statements have added a political angle to the iBomma and Boppa TV case. He claimed that Immadi Ravi had guts, which is why people are supporting him. Mallanna also said the police would not have caught Ravi if his wife had not informed them. He even advised the state police to stop using filmi dialogues.
He also criticised film-makers, questioning whether selling a Rs 100 ticket for Rs 1000 or more was justified. Mallanna expressed anger over Sajjanar holding a press conference with film personalities, calling it unnecessary.
Teen Maar Mallanna accused Sajjanar of doing fake encounters and reminded the media of the Warangal incident. He challenged the police to stop cyber crimes, sexual assaults and financial frauds across the country if they truly had guts.
He further recalled CV Anand’s comment that cyber crimes will continue to happen. While some citizens supported Mallanna’s remarks, many felt he insulted the efforts of the Hyderabad police. They believe strict legal action should be taken against him for his comments.
