In a followup to E-Racing case, ACB has submitted papers to ED today. Finance department records, FIR papers, HMDA agreement documents were given to ED.
The ACB filed a counter in the court and revealed certain key points. The court had earlier stated that ACB file a counter regarding the E-Car Racing case.
The issue is being followed with growing interest as the developments might lead to arrest of BRS leader KTR.
In the past, the BRS government had put present CM Revanth Reddy behind bars in ‘note for vote’ case.
Now, the Congress is digging up issues that would insinuate BRS leaders. Already Kavitha was booked in the liquor scam by the central government.
However, it’s interesting to note that former CM KCR is watching the developments and has refrained from coming into the picture to support his son or his daughter.
For now, BRS working president KTR has been asked to be present to record his statement on Jan 7, 2025, while IAS Arvind Kumar and former bureaucrat BLN Reddy have been asked to appear before court on Jan 2 and Jan 3, 2025, respectively.
The Congress appears to have cornered KTR in the money laundering case!
