The recent horrific incident of an individual vandalising Muthyalamma Temple in Secunderabad became a burning issue in Telangana since yesterday.
Many leaders condemned this horrific attack. Especially, BJP leaders like Madhavi Latha, Bandi Sanjay and Kishan Reddy blamed the Congress government for this incident and accused them of anti-Hindu governance.
Meanwhile, Armoor BJP MLA Rakesh Reddy made shocking comments on this incident. He said that masculinity died among Hindus in Hyderabad and thus, these incidents are happening in the city.
Speaking about the incident, Rakesh Reddy said that Hyderabadi Hindus are shameless and don’t dare to punish the culprits who attack temples. He questioned why Hindus aren’t attacking mosques when other region people are attacking temples.
Rakesh Reddy stated that these incidents would stop only when Hindus retaliate. He used the word “picholu”, referring to the Hindus in the state. He said that there are lakhs of Hindu “pichollu” in the city who just keep calm when someone is attacking and vandalising temples.
