Telangana CM and BRS chief KCR has been on a whirlwind campaign for the past few weeks, in the build up for the coming election in Telangana.
Coming to the topic, KCR has received a notice from the Election Commission in connection with his recent comment in the context of the knife attack on Kotha Prabhakar Reddy.
Earlier, KCR had commented about the attack on BRS MP Prabhakar Reddy “This is anarchism. How can they stab an MP with a knife? Dont they know that we too have sharp knives. How hard can it be for us”
The EC took notice of this comment from the BRS chief upon the complaint from Congress leader named Vikas. They then sent a notice to KCR, asking to explain himself.
The allegation from Congress is that KCR is provoking public feuds and clashes by citing the incident related to Kotha Prabhakar Reddy. The EC has now asked KCR to explain on his comment that was made on 30 October. The notice was sent last midnight.
