NRIs find Hyderabad Real Estate rosy

Hyderabad’s Real Estate is booming all of sudden as NRI investors are investing their bounties in the upcoming ventures of the city. The Real Estate of the city is almost dead for the last few years, but is springing to life all of sudden in the past few months. In the first three months of the year, sales increased between 25% and 35% when compares to last year.

Experts see that the real segment will bloom further in June and July as NRIs of Dubai will have vacation time. They will be visiting the city and scout for properties then. So the local property consultants see a big boom in real segment in the next two months. The Real Segment in Amaravati slowed down in the last few months.

That slow down is also forcing NRIs to park their moolah in Hyderabad. Swanky apartments within gated communities are the prime targets of NRIs. Even villas are on the wish list of these prospective buyers.
