The Report in Favour of Three Capitals a Quid Pro Quo?

Remember Boston Consulting Group which gave the report in favor of Three Capitals? Jagan Government announced Vishakapatnam, Amaravati, and Kurnool as the three capitals later on. Now, BCG is all set to set up shop in Vishakapatnam

BCG claims that in this new center, it will deploy its employees in R&D on Learning platforms and leveraging advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cyber Security, and Human Resources. The company promises to create 250+ jobs in the IT sector with this facility.

It has sought land in the Prime area of Vishakapatnam but the details are not revealed. Sources say that the State Government has agreed for the land allotment in principle. However, this news has come under severe criticism from the Opposition Parties.

“This is a clear indication that the report in favor of Three Capitals is a Quid-Pro-Quo arrangement. The company is being rewarded for the favorable report,”
