If we see this list, Rayapati Sailaja worked hard for the Amaravati movement during Jagan’s regime. She is young, educated, and loyal to the party. Also, a fresh face in politics and will add value to the position.
Dollars Diwakar Reddy was nominated as TUDA Chairman. He is an NRI, educated and financially strong. He stood as a huge support to Pulivarthi Nani in Chandragiri in the recent elections to defeat Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy. In future point of view, he is important.

Former Ministers – KS Jawahar and Peethala Sujatha could not get tickets, but the party respected their loyalty.
Former MLAs – Sugunamma, Burugupalli Sesha Rao, and others were also given nominated posts.
The important Press Academy Chairman post was given to Senior Journalist Alapati Suresh.
TDP is being extremely cautious in deciding the nominated posts and that is exactly opposite to what Jagan did in the previous Government.
All those who got nominated posts were mostly unknown. Coterie was assigned the task of filling the list. They sold the posts to unknown people, and those who enjoyedthe nominated posts were seen nowhere now.
In contrast, in TDP, each and every name has been picked by Chandrababu Naidu or Lokesh adding value to the party.
Also, there is perfect social justice in picking the list while in Jagan’s regime, most nominated posts and Advisor posts went to the Reddy Community.
Meanwhile, some of the known names who got important posts were picked only on the basis of their bad-mouthing abilities. They only brought bad name to the Government then.
For instance, Rayapati Sailaja has been picked as the Women’s Commission Chairperson and is hailed as a very good choice. Vasireddy Padma was the Women’s Commission Chairperson back then. We know how she worked only for the YSR Congress. Even though she distanced herself from YSR Congress after the election, the opinion about her does not change for anyone.
Kommineni Srinivasa Rao was the then Press Academy Chairman. He used to be the mouthpiece of YSR Congress when he worked in NTV and Sakshi. His conduct while holding the Press Academy was no different. He is now writing op-eds spewing venom on the new government.
In contrast, the present nominee, Alapati Suresh is very respected in the Journalist fraternity. He also played an active part in the Amaravati movement in support of farmers.
