After successfully fulfilling the dreams of millions of citizens of Telangana by fighting for 13 years, political party, Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS), is now in a dilemma of what to do next. Concentrating on the new formation of Telangana state, TRS is unclear of the next political decision it should take.
There are two things that can happen, TRS can either stay as an independent party or it can merge itself with Indian National Congress. But whichever be the decision, it will only happen after party leader, K. Chandrashekar Rao meets Sonia Gandhi, say TRS leaders.
Most party members are in favour of having TRS as an independent party given its successful thirteen years struggle. KCR will be meeting Sonia Gandhi soon to thank her over the decision on the bifurcation issue, and it is assumed that in the same meeting, they shall decide the future of TRS. Party members have said that they will go with final decision that KCR will take.
