Trump Towers

In a huge display of India’s growing demand for luxury homes, all 298 high-end apartments at Trump Towers Residences Gurgaon were sold out on the first day. This generated Rs. 3,250 crores in sales.

The project is a partnership between Smartworld Developers, Tribeca Developers, and The Trump Organization. It includes two 51-storey towers in Sector 69, with apartments priced between 8 crores and 15 crores. There are also penthouses worth ₹125 crore.

This is the second Trump-branded residential project in Gurgaon, making it the only city outside New York to have two Trump Towers. This shows how popular the Trump brand is in India.

The quick sell-out highlights the Trump brand’s status as a symbol of luxury and prestige in India. People see it as a sign of success, not just in India but also globally, especially in the US.

The towers’ glass design, private elevators, and views of the Aravallis have attracted many rich buyers. Developers say they’ve seen strong interest from Indians living abroad.

This strong demand shows that Gurgaon’s luxury real estate market is growing. Rich buyers are eager for high-end branded homes. But it also points to India’s widening gap between the rich and poor.

Ultra-luxury projects like these thrive, while many people struggle to afford basic housing. Discussions on social media highlight Gurgaon’s 2 crore-plus property market.

However, the success of Trump Towers is a big business win in India.
