Telangana elections are to be held in three weeks from now and the leading parties have greatly amped up their election campaign. Interestingly enough, social media influencers are having a gala time in the pretext of the Telangana elections, and here’s how.
Reportedly, the leading parties in Telangana have started to utilize the services of social media influencers to gain the attention of the voters.
BRS, BJP, and Congress are reportedly paying a hefty price to social media influencers on Instagram, YouTube, FaceBook, and Twitter if they are willing to share content related to these parties.
BRS is publicizing the ‘Gulabi Jandalamma’ campaign song with Congress is using ‘Maa thatha congress, Muthayya congress’ song and BJP is using ‘Telangana Gadda meeda BJP Jenda’ song. Social media influencers are being paid a handsome amount of money for making content with these songs, it seems.
Apparently, all these leading parties have on-boarded special social media strategists who are handed the responsibility of handling these influencers and creating content that benefits their parties. So, these influencers are said to be making hay in the election fever.
