TTD 200 Cr Defamation Suit Against Ramana Deekshitulu!

For the first time ever in the history of TTD, the trust has moved court with a defamation suit against the infamous ousted Chief Priest Ramana Deekshitulu. The defamation is to the tune of 200 crores. After the TTD board took a call on the retirement age for priests, several people were sent off jobs and Ramana Deekshitulu too was in the list.

However, after being ousted he took down on the TTD Board and officials making allegations on missing of Lord’s ornaments and jewelry. He also alleged that the ornaments gifted by King Sri Krishna Devaraya went missing and said that in order to loot Lord’s assets he alleged of some mining activity too.

With this the much famous Temple was subjected to criticism and lost the regard. It had hurt sentiment and faith of devotees as well. Hence the TTD decided to move the court against him. The trust also paid court fee of 1% of the defamation suit, ie., 2 crores. Meanwhile, opposition fired at the TTD for misusing people’s funds in the name of court fees!!
