According to the claim, Pawan Kalyan is said to have advised actor turned politician Vijay that aligning with the NDA could improve his electoral prospects. The suggestion reportedly centres on the idea that Vijay’s newly launched political platform may benefit from an established alliance network rather than entering the contest alone.

Vijay recently launched his party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, positioning himself as a new force in Tamil Nadu politics. However, new political entrants in the state often face structural challenges, including organisational depth, booth level networks and coalition arithmetic. In that context, speculation about possible alliances has quickly gained attention.

The social media post also claimed that senior BJP leader Nainar Nagendran has already spoken with Vijay regarding potential cooperation. It further suggested that K. Annamalai may meet Vijay in the coming days.
