Tamil Vetri Kalagam, TVK, chief Vijay is facing another problem. Now, his estranged wife Sangeetha has approached the Court seeking right to residence.
According to records, Sangeetha is a British citizen and claims not to have a house in Tamil Nadu or India. Hence, she asked to be allowed to stay in her matrimonial house or be provided an alternate accommodation in keeping with her stature.
Sangeetha claimed that she contributed to Vijay’s family over the years and hence would like to stay in Vijay’s house at Casurina Drive.
Already, the divorce case is going on and the next hearing is on April 20. The Court has ordered Vijay to appear in person.
After Vijay’s appearance with Trisha, this new development comes as a jolt to the TVK chief. It remains to be seen how Vijay will handle the situation.
His supporters say it would be best if he gives another house to Sangeetha till the divorce is granted.
