The biggest reason for Jagan winning 151 seats in the 2019 elections is that he reached out to all sections of the society and gave them specific promises to get their votes.
To the Polavaram project oustees, Jagan specifically promised to give a compensation of 10 Lakh Rupees per acre while Chandrababu is giving 6.5 Lakh Rupees per acre.
But then, Polavaram Project construction is not moving and so is the compensation for the project oustees.
TDP MLA Butchiah Chowdary questioned the increased compensation in the assembly. Irrigation Minister Ambati Rambabu said Jagan did not give any such promise.
TDP has released a video about Jagan’s statement in the Opposition and Ambati ‘s retracted statement now.
Butchiah Chowdary also asked about the details of the compensation paid to the oustees to date. The answer from the minister is even more surprising. The answer says such a question does not arise.
TDP supporters are mocking Jagan’s tall claims of Maata Thappanu Madama Thippanu which is actually reverse in reality.
