Vishakapatnam in Center’s Top 10 cleanest cities list!

The Central government had announced the list of Top 10 cleanest cities in the country. The center is giving away Swachch Sarvekshan awards to encourage cleanliness and increase competitiveness between various cities of the country. Vishakapatnam is ranked fifth in the Top 10 cleanest cities list.

Hyderabad failed to get place in the list. The center had taken 73 cities in to consideration for giving away these awards. These rankings were given considering various parameters defined for Swachch Bharat. Mysore, Chandigarh, Tiruchinapally and New Delhi are ahead of Vishakapatnam in the list.
