The other day, Chandrababu Naidu attended a huge Public meeting in Achanta, West Godavari district. There was a massive rally of vehicles followed by a huge attendance to the meeting.
But what figured prominently in the Blue Media is a tussle between a few people claiming to be Junior NTR fans and the TDP volunteers.
TV9 aired the story first saying that TDP volunteers beat Junior NTR fans blue and black and later, on expected lines, Sakshi picked it.
The real story of what happened there is –
A few people who may be real Junior NTR fans or YSR Congress cadre in the guise of Junior NTR fans attended the meeting and were giving provocative slogans.
The volunteers tried to calm them down but they did not stop. When Chandrababu was coming on to the dias, they tried to storm the stage.
Sensing that they are up to something, the volunteers tried to stop them and a scuffle broke out between them.
Chandrababu is a Z Plus Category protectee and there is no logic in allowing a crowd that is emotionally charged.
The TDP volunteers did what they were supposed to do.
But in the process, TV9 and Sakshi got the feed they needed like Dead bodies for vultures. This incident happening after the massive success of the Tiruvur and Achanta meetings makes it doubtful.
