What Is KTR? Old-Fashioned or Afraid

Telangana IT minister, K Taraka Ramarao has conducted an #AskKTR session on Twitter last night. The Minister has popularized the #Ask sessions on Twitter. But then, during the latest session last night, there was negative feedback from a section of supporters.

“#AskKTR is Old-fashioned and boring. Technology has moved on. Please do a space session. The whole feel of hearing you speak in your voice and listening to people directly asking questions is different. It will have more impact,” a party supporter advised the Minister during the session.

A few opined that a spaces session may be more political with no control on Speakers. And some have opined that spaces are a tough medium for politicians. “He may have to face tough questions on Spaces. Such questions can be avoided altogether on #AskKTR,” another person has opined.

A TRS supporter has contradicted the opinion. “He already did a face-to-face session with people during GHMC elections. If a spaces session is hosted well, he will handle it easily,” the supporter said. So that leaves us with the question if KTR is old-fashioned or afraid.
