Other Parties Have A Lot To Learn From Telugu Desam

Party leaders may appear as the public face, but elections are never won by faces alone. Victories come through workers at ground level, from villages to districts. When structure is weak, the message does not travel. Organisation decides survival.

This became clear with Praja Rajyam Party in 2009 and Janasena Party in 2019. Both had strong faces but weak teams. The result was defeat. Popularity without preparation collapses in politics.

TDP always treated organisation as its backbone. Whether in power or opposition, the party never ignored structure. The current phase shows another reset. Internal rebuilding has started without waiting for election pressure.

TDP AP president Palla Srinivasa Rao prepared draft committees at state and district levels. The final list is expected by December 16 based on social factors. Minister Lokesh will review it on December 17 before the announcement.

Decisions are being driven by surveys. Committees were formed after statewide IVRS studies. Objections came from Polavaram, Singanamala and GD Nellore constituencies. Fresh IVRS checks will settle the final lists in those mandals.

Training begins at NTR Bhavan from tomorrow. One hundred mandal presidents will attend sessions on Monday and Tuesday. Senior leaders will lead the discussions. Minister Lokesh will attend the closing event.

Constituency-level training started in May. Special programs teach political basics to party workers. Sessions focus on party history, guiding values and long-term planning under Vision 2047.

Training also covers how to take government work to the public. It moves beyond speeches into field strategy. One constituency from each zone is selected, with programs expanding in phases.

This approach builds loyalty inside the party. Workers feel invested and valued. TDP strengthens roots, not publicity. That difference explains why other parties struggle to match its discipline.
