Who is the President of AP TDP?

Telugu Desam Party is likely to appoint a President for the Andhra Pradesh wing of the party. Media reports suggest that Union Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju or Senior MLA Kala Venkatarao may be in consideration for the post.

Ashok Gajapathi Raju had won seven times as MLA from 1978. He is elected as MP in the last elections and became Union Minister. Kala Venkat Rao is with TDP since its inception. He was elected as MLA for five times and one time as Rajya Sabha MP.

Reports also suggest that Srikakulam MP Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu will be made the President of Telugu Yuvatha, the youth wing of TDP. L.Ramana may be continued as Telangana President.
