Why AP Ministers Are Having Functions In Hyd?

The controversy, which began with Minister KTR’s remarks about AP is still ongoing. Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav responded to Minister Botsa Satyanarayana’s remarks that there was no power in Hyderabad and he had to buy a generator.

Talasani spoke to the media in Hyderabad. Talasani‌ questioned why the AP leaders are being frustrated over the remarks of KTR

“There is no point in not having electricity in Hyderabad. If there is no power, why are they doing their family functions here?” Talasani said.

The minister was referring to Botsa Satyanarayana‘s brother’s daughter getting married in Hyderabad recently.

He accused AP leaders of making hasty remarks.

Talasani explained that the city is investing heavily in the creation of uninterrupted power and infrastructure and added that is the reason why people are thronging to the city..

KTR’s comments have come as a huge embarrassment for the YSR Congress government in Andhra Pradesh and the worst part is they could not retaliate fearing repercussions in Hyderabad.
