Why ED Named Jagan’s Wife in Latest Charge Sheet?

Enforcement Directorate has named YS Jagan’s Wife, Bharathi as the Fifth Accused in Raghuram Cements (Bharathi Cements) case. This has opened the Pandora Box as Jagan started to play Sentiment Card about TDP and BJP targeting his family.

According to ED Charge Sheet, Bharathi is the Chair Person of Bharathi Cements. She is the Major Shareholder or Director in all the companies of Jagan. After Jagan exited from all the companies, she is taking care of the management.

She has got the Cheque Power in all the companies and is also signing all the audit reports. She is also taking huge remuneration as the director of Bharathi Cements. So, ED added her name in the charge sheet. Bharathi’s name may be added in other cases as well as she is in the official position in more than a dozen companies of Jagan.
