He expressed hope that Sunita who was carrying on the fight against the accused will finally get justice.

He said that Avinash Reddy and Bhaskar Reddy had filed a petition saying considering Dastagiri as a witness was not right. Following this, Dastagiri and CBI got notices in the matter and Dastagiri is preparing to fight through his lawyer, shared BTech Ravi.

On the other hand, Sunita has already filed a petition asking for cancellation of bail to those accused, said Ravi. He added that Sunita had said in her petition that Avinash Reddy and others got bail by misleading the officials.

Also, the accused when out on bail should not try to influence or coerce the witnesses. But yesterday, it was seen that Devireddy Shankar Reddy’s son Dr Chaitanya Reddy had gone to Dastagiri’s sub-jail and threatened him. An enquiry is on in this matter.

If it is indeed true, then this evidence and the points made by Sunita will add up in Court which will lead to cancellation of bail to Shankar Reddy and Avinash Reddy, as per my thought, explained BTech Ravi.
