YCP Poster Insulting Maha Shivaratri Festival

A Poster posted on YSR Congress‘s Twitter handle on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri has become controversial. The poster has Jagan feeding a poor boy dressed like Lord Shiva sitting at the steps of a Temple.

We see a well-fed cow neatly decorated while the boy is malnourished. We can also see milk overflowing from the steps of the temple meaning milk is wasted in the name of Palabhishekam while people are starving.

BJP leaders came very hard on this poster calling it an intentional insult to the Hindu festivals.

“Highly insulting poster by @YSRCParty where CM @ysjagan is shown feeding milk to God Shiva. Liquor mafia’s party & its out-on-bail CM doesn’t have the moral right to preach Hindus whom they should feed on Festivals. Party must unconditionally apologize!,” AP BJP co-incharge Sunil Deodhar tweeted.

AP BJP President Somu Veerraju also demanded apology from the ruling party.
