Avinash Reddy Gets Temporary Relief From Arrest

YCP’s Avinash Reddy, a close aide of Jagan has been rattling with the YS Avinash Reddy murder case that is currently being investigated by the CBI.

While the CBI investigation is hitting the pinnacle point with fingers pointing towards Avinash, the YCP leader has approached the Telangana high court, requesting the court to order CBI not to arrest him in connection with the case.

The High Court asked the CBI for the case file and related documents in connection with the case.

Today, the CBI presented 10 documents, 35 statements from the witnesses, and related photos, as they requested the court to dismiss Avinash’s plea.

After the hearing, the High Court ordered the CBI not to arrest Avinash till they pass the judgement on the case. Meaning, Avinash can’t be arrested by the CBI till the High Court passes the verdict on his aforementioned plea. The court put the verdict on reserve for now.

This should come as a temporary relief to Avinash in connection with the Viveka murder case.
