Given the nature of the CBI and ED cases against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, he is necessitated to take the CBI’s court’s permission if he is to leave India. Incidentally, Jagan had applied for the same at the CBI court in view of his upcoming foreign tour starting on the 17th of May.
Jagan had applied for permission at the CBI court in Hyderabad for his foreign tour from 17 May to the end of this month. The court passed the verdict on the same a short while ago.
The CBI court mentioned that Jagan Mohan Reddy can leave India and go on his foreign tour from the mentioned date. The CBI argued that the court must not permit Jagan to leave India, but the sitting judge approved the plea filed by Jagan and he is free to fly now.
The route is clear for Jagan’s foreign trip now and he is scheduled to fly abroad on May 17 and return on 1 June. He will have to submit his mobile phone and e-mail ID to the CBI for reference throughout the course of this trip.
