Jagan Beating the Dead Horse?

The buzz over the Special Status is getting subdued and is almost Zero now as people have left their hopes after the insensitive attitude of the center. But then Leader of Opposition who is clueless about cornering the state government is trying his level best to rake the issue and keep it running until the Local Body Elections which will happen towards the end of the year.

YSR Congress had announced it will be conducting five Public meetings across the state. The party had also released a Wall Poster of this program. The first meeting on this issue will happen on 5th November and will be titled ‘Jai Andhra Pradesh’. These meetings will be planned in such a way they will cover the length and breadth of the state.

On the other side, Political Experts see this attempt just as beating a dead horse. Jagan Mohan Reddy is cautiously shying away from getting hard on the Center which is actually responsible for the Special Status issue and is only targeting TDP on this issue. And as a result, people only see this as a political stunt and are not getting connected to the issue.
