AP CM Jagan was recently summoned by the Nampally Special Sessions court for MLA and MP cases to appear before it.

The High Court, which received Jagan’s petition, granted him relief from appearance till April 26.

This is the first time that a special court hearing the cases of MPs and MLAs has issued summons to someone of the chief minister’s rank.

Jagan who is trying to evade court appearances in his graft cases is in no mood to attend court for simple cases like this.

Cases have also been registered against Jagan’s mother Vijayamma and sister Sharmila for violating the election code. It is known that the two have appeared in the same Nampally court several times.
