However, a post is going viral on social media alleging that Sharmila’s in-laws are not native of Telangana. “They are from Rajahmundry of Andhra Pradesh. They have settled in Bagh Amberpet in 90s. They used to work in Nallakunta SBI Branch. She is no way a daughter-in-law of Telangana,” the post says.
We could not verify the authenticity of the post but it is going viral on social media. Probably, Sharmila will have to answer this sooner or later because she is using the ‘Telangana Kodalu’ plank to foray into the state politics.
