Sharmila Political Immaturity Once Again!!

Deciding to form a new political party, YSRTP, in Telangana is her first mistake. Even though Sharmila has covered many kilometers in the state during her marathon, it seems she hasn’t made a significant impact on state politics.

It appears she is trying her luck by leveraging her father’s name, YS. After the merger option with the Indian National Congress backfired, Sharmila now wants to contest in Telangana.

YSR Telangana Party President Sharmila has decided to field her mother alongside her. Vijayamma is expected to contest from Paleru, and Sharmila is likely to run in Miryalaguda. However, the current political situation doesn’t appear to be favorable for Sharmila. Her earlier attempt at politics through a merger did not yield positive results.

There’s no guarantee that her party will garner as many votes as KA Paul’s party. Nevertheless, her mother also wishes to enter the political arena. Sharmila is taking a political risk with her father’s image. She claims to bring about “Rajanna’s rule.”However, if people don’t respond, it may not enhance her father’s image in Telangana. Many argue that YSR was, in reality, a significant benefactor who artificially boosted YS’s image by spending thousands of crores on media.

Due to Jagan Reddy’s actions in AP, the people there are ready to support any alternative from the YS family. But if Sharmila returns to AP after losing her reputation in Telangana, it’s unlikely that many will pay attention to her. She is currently facing a very challenging political situation.
