TDP Senior Leader JC Prabhakar Reddy has visited YS Vijayalakshmi at her Hyderabad residence.
This meeting has flared up a discussion if this meeting has any political relevance.

JC Prabhakar Reddy is one of the bitter critics of Jagan. Vijayalakshmi meeting him will send a very wrong signal.
Ever since Vijayalakshmi took Sharmila’s side, she has become a headache for Jagan.

Vijayalakshmi can not stand Jagan supporting those behind YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder. Also, she was witness to Jagan’s injustice to Sharmila in Assets as well as sidelining of Sharmila after using her to come to power.
She supported every move of Sharmila from testing luck in Telangana to joining Congress in Andhra Pradesh. Vijayalakshmi was made to resign as the Honorary President of YSR Congress for this.

She was only reduced to Photo-Op material for Jagan Mohan Reddy. Whenever Jagan wants to score a point against Sharmila or send a message that he has family support, Vijayalakshmi has to come before the media to hug and kiss Jagan.
Vijayalakshmi did not reject due to Motherly love. Finally, at the stroke of the Elections, she could not choose between son and daughter and decided to fly out of the country until the Elections were over. But then, she released a video in support of Sharmila but not to Jagan.
YSR Congress leaders in their post-mortem interviews also blame Vijaya Lakshmi for their loss.
This meeting with JC Prabhakar Reddy will further irk Jagan as the media will be completely filled with stories about their stained relationship and speculations about Vijaya Lakshmi ganging up with Jagan’s enemies.
As if the current problems are not enough, this will become another headache for Jagan.
