Yesterday, Kadapa’s incumbent MP, YS Avinash Reddy, officially filed his nomination in Kadapa, aiming to win the seat once again. Meanwhile, it is also known that Avinash is among the primary suspects in the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy.
In his filed affidavit, Avinash openly acknowledged being named in two criminal cases in connection with Viveka’s murder.
He stated that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has charged him with offences related to murder, destruction of evidence, and conspiracy.
Avinash stated that the case is under process at the CBI court in Nampally. He added that he is A8 in the murder case. Additionally, he disclosed that another case was filed against him in Mydakuru.
Coming to his financial assets, Avinash declared he owns assets valued at Rs. 25.51 crores (25,51,19,305) with his wife, Samatha. He mentioned owning an Innova car worth Rs. 32.75 lakhs.
Avinash admitted owning 27.40 acres across Velamavaripalle in Pulivendula Mandal, Bhakarapuram, and Aankalammaguduru. He further added that his wife possesses lands of around 33.90 acres in Vishakapatnam, Valluru in the YSR district, Ootukuru, and Ponakamitta.
