It was a massive shock for YSR Congress when Vijayasai Reddy resigned and announced Political Retirement. It was a huge jolt because Sai Reddy was the Number Two in the party since its inception.
Sai Reddy did not talk about why he left the party. He said he would not join any party and confine the rest of his life to doing agriculture.

This was a relief for the party and its cadre because Sai Reddy has access to many of the Tadepalli Secret right from Jagan’s disproportionate assets cases to the crimes that happened between 2019 and 2024.
He will be a real threat if he joins any other party and reveals the secrets.

But then, Jagan Mohan Reddy slipped and made loose comments on Sai Reddy’s Exit.
And so, he spoke to the media the other day after the CBI inquiry and made some critical comments about Jagan and the coterie around him.

Naturally, Sai Reddy’s comments hogged the headlines.
YSR Congress cadres were snubbed by Sai Reddy’s comment.
They are saying Sai Reddy successfully damaged the party by diverting the Public and the Media attention from the Yuvatha Poru program organized by the party on Wednesday.
Sai Reddy is not in YSR Congress now and he has no moral obligation to time everything to the party’s comfort and convenience.
Jagan does not bat an eyelid when Sai Reddy leaves the party. Why should Sai Reddy think about Jagan or YSR Congress?
Further, when he left the party gracefully, Jagan should have maintained the same but made critical comments about Sai Reddy.
So, the YSR Congress cadre can not complain now.
Now Jagan seems to have assigned leaders to call Pressmeets and attack Sai Reddy.
We saw Kakani Govardhan Reddy doing that yesterday and Gudivada Amar today.
YSR Congress should not complain if Sai Reddy gets further agitated by this attack.
